Cockatiel Finance provides mortgage broking services including: • Home loan advice and comparison • Loan application assistance • Credit assessment and pre-approval services • Refinancing advice • Investment loan services • Ongoing loan management support We act as a credit representative and do not lend money directly.

As our client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Disclose all relevant financial circumstances • Notify us of any changes to your situation • Pay any applicable fees when due • Comply with lender requirements • Act in good faith throughout the process

Our fee structure: • Initial consultation is free • We may receive commissions from lenders • Some services may incur additional fees • All fees will be disclosed before proceeding • You have the right to a fee disclosure statement

To the extent permitted by law: • We provide services with reasonable care and skill • We are not liable for decisions made by lenders • Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service • We are not responsible for changes in interest rates or lending criteria • You should seek independent advice for complex matters

We maintain strict confidentiality of your information in accordance with: • Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) • National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 • Professional standards and codes of conduct • Our Privacy Policy

Either party may terminate our services: • With reasonable notice • Immediately for breach of terms • Upon completion of services Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

These terms are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Australian courts.
